| Comments: Seller left the tools in the case with the gun when shipped. Tools scratched the bluing and left grip, or it was that way when seller shipped the gun, tools were not in their slots. Asked seller for a partial refund or informed him that the gun would be returned. To this day no reply from seller. |

| Rebuttal: It's amazing how people post non true statements here. We have the copy of the cashed check we sent as the refund. and you never produced the pictures with the "scratched" gun. Have a blessed day !! BEWARE people ... of characters like this one. |

| Comments: This auction ended on 6-10, buyers were contacted within hours with total due. After 5 days with no contact I phoned buyer and was told that payment was being made that day 6-15. After waiting a full 7 days attempted to both E-mail and phone to let buyer know status of payment. F grade communication |

| Rebuttal: Seller offered to sell two extra boxes of ammo on an e-mail sent by him. I asked him to send me an invoice reflecting the extra boxes, he never did... I sent him several emails to no avail, and all of a sudden, he sent an email stating he had sold the item. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION...... |

| Rebuttal: As you can see by our feedbacks we are honest buyers and pay quickly Sir, as we explained to you, the money order was lost in the mail, we contacted the US postal services. We were told to "wait 45 days and submit a claim, this allows for time in case the money order was cashed in by someone" |
