| Rebuttal: This buyer wanted a layaway (I agreed) then missed deadline. After several attempts to reach him (email +phone) and 3 weeks late he finally paid. He said do to personal/medical troubles he couldn't pay on time. I told him I would have relisted it without penelty if he told me he couldn't pay. |
