| Rebuttal: This auction the money order got lost in the mail and it took over 30 days to get that straight.At the same time I got sick. The fact that I bought one rifle from him doesn't matter.That transaction went smoothly.I also advised him that I didn't think I was going to be able to purchase this. |

| Comments: !!!!BEWARE!!!! This is one person you dont want to deal with. Very rude and DOES NOT HONOR HIGH BID. Says he is sending payment and never does. He should be kicked off of Auction Arms, and every auction there is for that matter. If he is your high bidder I would be careful. |

| Rebuttal: I wasn't using Auction Arms in 1999, subject has to have the wrong person.My computer was broken part of that year and I didn't have the money to buy anything the rest of the time. |
