| Rebuttal: my wife left me and was in a near fatal automobile accident which drained me personally and financially. a "$10.00 deal" was the last thing on my mind. i honestly forgot but offered to make it right when he emailed saying he was subbmitting neg feedback...he never replied. real nice guy! |
