| Comments: The bullets were undersize in diameter, actual diameter .450". The bullets weren't protected,they were shipped in a small Postal Flat Rate box with no padding. Loaded (5) Rds OAL 1.255" there was some minor set back when feed from mag (.003-.005"), bullets were dinged quite a bit. William |

| Rebuttal: An example of a customer who takes more joy in complaining than returning a product which he is not 100% satisfied with. We offered a full refund. We also offered him the opportunity to load/fire 25 pcs. and return the rest if still not happy. Stated OAL is 1.200" so he can also not follow inst.! |
