| Comments: Said would ship to C&R then wouldn't. Came up with the excuse not legal in California. 50% of dealers will ship because they understand the Law out here. Then when tried to make it work by way of another dealer, he told us to hire a lawyer. |

| Rebuttal: He wanted me to ship a handgun directly to him in the state of Ca. This is NOT legal, even if it is a C&R. He offered no resolution whatsoever. My reference to a lawyer was to his alleged 6 other handguns he has illegally imported to CA. This transaction was not completed at my discretion. |
