| Comments: Auction closed on 9/29. Sent winning email on 9/29, no reply. Emailed reminder 10/9. On 10/12 customer emailed he tried calling on a day we are not open. 10/13 I returned the call & left message, no reply. Emailed reminder on 10/20 no reply. Had no choice by to relist with neg for relist credit. |

| Rebuttal: They were not closed when I called repeatedly for several days!!! When I finally got hold of them they said go ahead and pay so I did!! never got my money back either because My FFL provider could not reach them by email or fax or phone so Im just out the money and got a negative and got blocked!! |
