| Rebuttal: the calls, e-mails and the rifle went out to the seller with in 20 minutes of recieving it. He refuse to except the UPS 2nd day return and letter 2 days into the 3 day period. he is not telling the whole truth here and in the auction desciption of the rifle. A bad seller. |

| Comments: 5 weeks after he was the winning bidder he RENEGED on the deal. This was after 5 weeks of excuses about how he was confused, he was sorry for the delay, the payment will be right out. What a STIFF. Stay away from this PHONEY time waster. STIFF does not come close to decribing this gentleman. |
