| Comments: Non-Paying bidder!!! His only communication was right after auction ended then I never heard from him again. I wrote him numerous times and give him ample opportunity to pay and make the deal. It’s been close to two months so I’m done fooling with this guy. |

| Rebuttal: I could not get threw to him, e-mails to him kept comming back to me indicating a virus, I would pay any fee's that Lucus might have acquired. |

| Rebuttal: My fault, I screwed up, Computer crashed and was in for repairs, Did not even know that I won. Would be happy to reimburse seller of any fees. |
