Comments: WE SENT A POSTAL MONEY ORDER OUT ON MARCH 20 FOR THIS AUCTION. WE HAVE CONFIRMATION THAT THE MONEY ORDER WAS SIGNED FOR ON MARCH 22. THREE EMAILS AND 19 DAYS LATER, HE FINALLY MAILED THE ITEM. WE FIND NO EXCUSE FOR A HOLD UP LIKE THIS AND FIND NO USE FOR SELLERS LIKE HIM ON AUCTION ARMS.
