| Rebuttal: This is this guys first auction he has won and apparently he is going to be impossible to make happy. He got a new in the box T/C rifle with a brand new scope added to make a complete package. He never stated dissatisfaction, just posted a negative for his form of communication Sellers Beware!!! |

| Comments: Make sure if he bids on your item you inform him there is an extra charge for shipping, handling and insurance. Even though everyone else realizes there will be shipping, handling and insurance charges, unless it's stated SHIPPING IS FREE, but not him, I found out the hard way. |

| Rebuttal: The auction never stated a shipping charge like all other auctions do. So after winning the bid, he tacks on an additional charge much higher than a long gun takes to send. I even further contacted and told him we could workout a compromise. His way was to just post a negative. |
