| Comments: 2 months later have not received items won at auction .seller never emailed tracking # has not responded to last 5 emails and only responded with excuses when threatend with negative feedback . so no product, poor communication ,multiple negative feedbacks from others. |

| Rebuttal: Look I was in hospital after I got home items were sent to you even after your negative feedback. Also your the only negative feed back on here. I have only sold 3 items on here im more of a buyer, Im sorry if you get what you wanted when you wanted it. but that life. |

| Rebuttal: The buyer leaves negitive feed back for an item he never paid for, claims he mailed a check witch i never got,then whants a refund for something he never paid for. If i send a check for an item and person clames he never got it then i cancel that check and make different payment arangments. He didnt |

| Rebuttal: After speaking with mr yoss,I explained that the stock fit was fine that the wood over metal fit was normal and was replaced befor i receaved it. The gun was reblued. and that you have 3 days to return the firearm to me not call 51 days after the sale. with problems. And the stock was a tight fit... |

| Rebuttal: money order was sent and sent back. after a month or more of fulling around my gunsmith tryed paying for it twice but they would not take the payment. so they relisted it and sold for more money. in stead of being happy with that fact they then left me negitive feed back.. |
