| Comments: This person's 'USER NAME' speaks for itself. This person responds via e-mail 'Post Auction', and lies, saying that payment, etc., has been mailed. Then, doesn't answer his phone, but immediately calls back, letting phone ring twice, then hangs up. This person shouldn't be allowed at Auction Arms. |

| Rebuttal: Seller specified payment to be "Postal money order". I work at secure facility, so I cannot leave during business hours. I could not get to post office until 7th day after auction, On 7th day seller called. I do not have good cell service at home, so I tried to call back but call dropped. |

| Comments: Gun was advertised as very good, gun was fair at best in my opinion, gun was full of pits, stained,and grips were in terrible cond. Beware of this sellers description of guns, seller would not answer my last email. hicdog |

| Rebuttal: I posted several pictures of the gun. Close ups of both sides. Buyer did not want to return gun, just wanted half the money back. Went back and forth with him, he just wanted to get something for nothing. Seems suspicious he lives in Ca. but says it is Wyoming. |
