Comments: before auction was won i recieved 1 email from him stating shipping(which was different than UPS told me). after auction ended, no communication from him, despite multiple emails from me. maybe i am impatient but at this point the deal is off.

Rebuttal: Absolutely not true. This "gentleman" wanted me to send the ammo illegaly without ammo statement and unlabled. UPS charges were at my cost and were verified by UPS.com rate charts.

Rebuttal: A man with common sense would have checked what the shipping costs are before placing a bid. UPS sets the price on the shipping charges, not me. Then I'm called a crook and jerk because of his failure to honor a bid. Hmmmmm?
