| Comments: Seller vanished after the sale when I had questions about the item. Gun didn't live up to his description . Gun had several dings and scratches on the stock and metal. He said it was in exc. like new cond. Gun only produced 23 ft/lbs instead of the 28 + he said. Proceed at your own risk. |

| Rebuttal: Ichy, I replied to your emails within 48 hours.Would be happy to prove this along with the fact that the patriot I sent you will produce 28 ft lbs with h&n field and target trophys, and h&n hollow points. Never asked for a refund??? |
