| Comments: The seller really didn't really want to sell this gun, he expects to make a living on overcharging on shipping of small little guns. I wouldn't thought that a email reminder would a have been a good sales tool instead waiting to drop the hammer on good people that really try to make it. |

| Rebuttal: I emailed twice with no reply, he is blocked from bidding on my auctions. It seems he does not pay attention to the auctions bid on, check his feedback! My shipping charges are PLAINLY posted in all my auctions, if you do not agree with them don't bid. I did sell it when I relisted it. |

| Rebuttal: Advised him it was NOT a Sweet 16 and said was OK to not take. After 2 weeks of no response to email or payment forthcoming I relisted 06/18/2009 and sold to different bidder on 06/25/2009, received his payment 06/29/2009 with no problem. Received payment from baron58 after shipped to 2nd buyer! |
