| Comments: Showed picture of dies, shell holder, power scope. ONLY receiver dies and am not sure they are the same ones pictured.Dirty pool! Seller is a stand up guy who admited he sent the wrong dies. He will be sendig me the correct set and I will return the other. |

| Comments: Gun has cracked forearm on the bottom, which was neither pictured, nor described. Holes from missing swivels also on bottom; pictures or disclosure would have been nice. Other than that gun is nice. No issues in doing business with them though, but may not have bid that high, had I known... :-( |

| Rebuttal: If you are referring to if it is the black and white plug looking thing those "targets" as they are called,are put in all Marlins from the Factory.We checked the rifle pretty well before it shipped,we saw a few scratches,as stated,but no splits,sorry if we missed something. |
