| Comments: This winning bidder, asked NO questions before bidding, altho add'l pictures and info were offered. AFTER the auction, he asked questions about the carbine, and decided he didn't want it. I believe this qualifies him as a "deadbeat bidder." No money changed hands. |

| Rebuttal: this person wrote description of gun as being orig. & unaltered. when asking info about gun after auction found out gun was rebuilt with stake mark in sight base, etc for $1200 bid i want original gun. my mistake was not finding out about this till auction was over. |
