| Comments: When the Contender arrived the lower rear of the handgrip was cracked . I contacted this seller who stated the grip was fine when it left his shop. That I should go to the USPS and try and make a claim as it was insured for $50. I decided not to bother and to repair and refinish the grip myself. |

| Comments: I've been burned for leaving negative feedback, hence the neutral. This sale never happened. Seller slow to return calls, never responded to email. I did as seller requested as soon as auction ended. He had an issue with his CC service. I won't deal with Gunzilla308 again. |

| Comments: Poor communication...sent emails and he responds 2 days later. Whe he finally gave me a tracking #.....it came back to a shipment that had already been delivered in another state. I sent an email about this and he never responded. Not likely that I will deal with him again. |

| Rebuttal: His FFL will not fax or mail, insists on email. The only issue was the FFL emailed with NO AUCTION or BIDDER INFO?? I had no idea which auction the FFL was for. This is somehow my fault. After a number of calls to him, he finally called back to straighten this out. The delay was not my fault. |

| Comments: Poor packaging and shipping, paid $12.00 for shipping/Insurance and seller shipped Parcel Post for a cost of $4.51 which took 8 days from Pennsylvania to New Jersey, neighboring States. I suggest you confirm shipping and packaging when dealing. |

| Rebuttal: He complained that the shipping paper was torn in shipping, I had no controll over that??? The auction closed on 04/23 paid on 04/24 shipped on 04/26. Two days after paid. S&H was stated in auction as a fixed $12.00 to the lower 48 states, this should not have been a shock when the auction closed?? |
