| Rebuttal: There was no picture of auction item. I asked precise questions and was not given accurate answers. What I received was not what I described I was looking for. Received a prompt full refund. |

| Comments: He bid, he won, he discussed the gun and potential flaws, he paid shipping, he's not happy, he's sending it back for a refund. I bear this buyer no ill will, he plays by the rules but has unrealistic expectations. |

| Rebuttal: The seller told me the revolver was "factory new in box", never sold. The gun had blue wear on both sides of barrell at muzzle, slight blue wear on cylinder edges, scratches and blue wear on trigger guard, and small dings on bottom of barrell underlug. |

| Comments: This gentelman asked for a three day inspection and I granted it to him. I told him as much as I could about the Gun. When he recieved it he called and said that he had a better one So I said "return the gun and I will send a refund" He returned it and I refunded the money.. |

| Rebuttal: The condition of the colt revolver was not what I had anticipated. Also when the hammer was slowly cocked the cylinder did not carry up and lock into position. I was told that the timeing was perfect. It was not. I returned the gun and received a refund check. Thank you. |
