| Comments: Gun was not original as stated - had DA barrel on SA frame - can provide proof if interested. Seller did refund purchase price less shipping both ways, but was a few days slow in doing so and then sent personal check rather than certified funds. Poor communication as well. Cost me $40 to look at. |

| Rebuttal: GUN WAS AS DESCRIBED I CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF THIS WITH PICTURES AND RESEARCH. ALL SERIAL NUMBERS MATCHED ON THIRD GENERATION NEW FRONTIER S&W I GAVE BUYER REFUND AND HE WAS STILL UNHAPPY. BUYER DID NOT COMMUNICATE WELL I WISH HE WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED THE GUN. |
