| Rebuttal: If you had been available right after when the auction closed instead of gone for 10 days. I could of had a nice little Beretta. Instead I had to take care of some personal business and forgot all about this auction. The seller could of sent a reminder if he really wanted to sell this gun. |

| Rebuttal: I really don't think that I had bid on this item, but if the seller said I did I must of and don't remember it. Must be case of old person memory issues. |

| Rebuttal: It seems the harder I try to complete all my bids the world seems to have other thoughts. I really do like CAF as a very trust worthy company. I always have very high praise for the staff. |

| Comments: I hate to leave negative feedback on somebody who has a good record but I've been unable to get a hold of this gentleman at all we try e-mails and phone calls and left voice messages so I'm assuming he's not going to honor his bid. |
