| Comments: this person had an issue with the gun that was advertised as new and unfired . i wish he had contacted me that there was an issue. i cetainly would have worked to fix the issue or taken the gun back . i feel neutral and negative feedback should be used in a situtation that can not be resolved. |

| Rebuttal: There is no reason to contact the seller about problem, he would have wanted the gun back (postage paid by me) Part that is missing is 5$. Cheaper for me to fix. Gun was not checked by seller before shipped to me. A rookie could have seen look spring was missing. Neutral was being nice.I paid quick |
