Comments: "captsmee" never followed through.Auction ended 46 days ago.He answered several emails stating he would get payment out right away.I offered to let him out of deal by paying AA's fee,to avoid negative feedback and I got the same song & dance as before. "captsmee" talks it but doesn't walk it.
