| Rebuttal: Item said to have a small scratch on the comb,when gun arrived had a big 1"by 1/4" gouge on top of the cheek rest rust up on the front of barrel by front sight in several spots,looked like someone had tried to polish stock with rubbing compound and white film in checkering |

| Comments: After a screw up on shipping due to his receiving FFL, the purchaser begged to have the gun overnighted to him. I agreed to overnight it to him, at the cost of over $48, as long as he promised to reimburse me. Never saw a cent from him, and now I get no returns to my emails. |

| Rebuttal: He was told to ship it to the physical address on the FFL and did not he sent it to PO Box. I had paid shipping once and don't feel I should pay it again due to his error.Took 6 weeks to get this gun finally |
