| Comments: This man thinks posting an offer isn't the same thing as making a bid. When I accepted it, he said he didn't make a bid he made an offer. He doesn't understand, thus I could've sold to a previous bidder who bid alittle less and now I can't. Beware to Best Offer Sellers. |

| Rebuttal: After relizing that i had bought a previous S&W pistol from him that was stated as 98% when gun arrived it needed all new internal parts from someones home gunsmithing,so relized it was the same seller again and chose not to take a second chance on a gun from him |
