| Comments: Im not sure why but it took 20 days to complete my transaction. He demanded a money order for payment and then took his sweet time (5 days) to get the gun mailed out to me. Im a little irritated with his lack of customer service. |

| Rebuttal: Payment and Shipping instructions: Postal Money order... This item will ship,...within 2 business days after payment has CLEARED. pmt was received 4/12/10. (12 days after the auction closed), Nash had the item 4/20/10. clearly there are no demands here and item was shipped on time as promised. |

| Rebuttal: I specifically stated in the auction that if the Item sells in the store before the auction runs out, it is no longer available.this would be the case!
