Rebuttal: Customer bid on a gun that sold in store prior to his bid, it was an honest mistake made on our end not to take the gun off right away. We work very hard not to make these mistakes and we have gotten more positive positive than negative.

Comments: After winning, I sent an email to the seller asking for both rifles that I had won from them to be shipped in the same package. I received a reply saying the other rifle had been sold at their store earlier and had a shipping charge of $45 dollars for the single rifle. I told them to cancel it.

Rebuttal: This guy won 2 of our gun auctions and unfortuantly we had just sold one in our store,just before he bid, we did not have time to end the auction and for some reason he does not beleive us so he refused to buy the gun we did have available so he leaves us bad feedback on both guns He's A Real Winner

Comments: After I won the auction, I received an email from "The Wild Indian" saying the item had been sold in their retail store before I had bid on it. If this was true, why did they let the auction continue? I thought the closed auction was a binding agreement.
