| Comments: Very difficult seller to deal with. He does not have a working FAX for FFL transfer agent to provide license. He then tries to portray me as somehow uncooperative. All I ever wanted to do was to quickly complete the transaction. Byers beware, and proceed with extreme caution. Caveat Emptor!! |

| Rebuttal: This guy wanted to back out of the deal. All he had to do was send an FFL with the payment. Too complicated for him, I guess. Read my feedback, I bend over backwards to accomodate buyers. Watch this guy he will use any excuse to back out DEADBEAT DELUXE here. |

| Comments: This person places a bid of 'SALE' on an item days before auction ends, then becomes the winning buyer, then hours after auction ends, the same day, sends an e-mail that they will not be able to complete the purchase, but apologizes, then recontacts the seller with other offers. A 'Roller Coaster'! |

| Rebuttal: Correct, mostly, yes I stated I would not complete and then told him I would honor the bid and complete the purchase. I guess I don't see the problem he has. This guy is penny wise and dollar foolish. He could have completed this and chose not to do so, his choice!!! |

| Comments: I WAS SOLD A SET OF GRIPS THAT WERE CRACKED AND SANDED ON TO TRY AND HIDE OTHER DEFECTS. THE SELLER "LIED" ABOUT THE CONDITION AND REFUSES TO SEND ME A REFUND. HE IS OBVIOUSLY A LIAR AND RIPS PEOPLE OFF ON A REGULAR BASIS. HE HAS MORE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SHOW IT. I HOPE HE ENJOYS MY MONEY WHILE HE CAN |

| Rebuttal: This guy buys a 25.00 pair of used grips. Sends then back broken with tape on that he added, writes over the tape marking the finish, not bad enough he broke them. Then tries to threaten me into a refund. My feedback speaks for itself. Do yourselves a favor, block this ----. |
