| Comments: Emailed seller immediately 3/14/04 at STRATOS 201 thru 3/17/04 no response til 3/18. Customer delivery deadline prior to 3/22/04 forced me to buy another .270 locally. Sys mess went to an expired address. I did not see system email, HE did not respond to 4 days of email from me. |

| Comments: The revolver that I received was not NRA "excellent". It had a loose barrel, the bore showed thousands of rounds fired, the firearm was so filthy that any self respecting dealer would be ashamed. It cost me $65 to have it put in safe working order at a gunsmith. |

| Rebuttal: I have a 3 day inspection 100% return policy.Was out of town when he e-mailed me left no time to reply.Need to learn to have patience not everyone lives on a computer.The gun was not filthy as stated. |
