| Comments: I emailed this person at the end of the auction letting him know that he was the winner and the total also my address. He did reply and said he would send funds. 45 days went by and 8 emails later no replys not even a letter explaining what is the matter. Do not sell anything to this person. |

| Rebuttal: The indidual was exactly correct in what happened. Unfortunately I am a long haul truck driver and was out of town for the next 4 weeks, even though 2 weeks is the longest I am supposed to be gone. From now on I will pay by priority mail on nay auctions. Thank You |
