| Comments: Auction ended 02/09/03. I sent this guy a money order on 02/11. The only contact was where to send the money. I waited 3 weeks then emailed 3 times in last 3 weeks. Nada. I would rather be cheated than ignored. Looks like I got both. |

| Rebuttal: He received his merchandise in due time, he special ordered things that were not in the auction, and not in inventory which took a little longer to receive them and he got a little impatient. |
