| Rebuttal: Sent 3 e-mails & called to question pix#6,it appears 1 hole is drilled thru receiver.I should have questioned prior to bid,I didnt pay for gun.Bcause didnt want to pay for shipping both ways for a problem gunsmith stated DO NOT BUY. WOULD YOU ?? |

| Comments: The customer exercised his right to return it for a refund. That is the great thing about A.A. I personally don't feel a buyer should be stuck with an item he doesn't want or for any other reason. I don't feel that I should have to turn in a Neutral feedback on a good Customer in order to get credit |

| Rebuttal: WOW-After 76 auctions between A.A. & GunBroker, spending $70 to send back my first & only item.My gunsmith said to send back to the seller.The transaction was professionally handled & I got money back minus the shippimg charges.I guess buyer will always be guilty.I donot agree.BUT ITS THE LAW!! |
