| Comments: Well this was certianly a dissapointment. Turns out the rifle was not even in his posession and sold before the end of the auction. I got left empt handed again. |

| Rebuttal: We listed this rifle for a friend who's wife took her own life.In the weeks that followed he was not in his right mind.He sold the rifle himself without remebering we had it listed online.When we went to get the rifle we found out the rifle was gone.I called buyer to explain & apologized sincerely. |

| Comments: FIRST, it took ESP 60 days to respond to my winning bid and my emails!! Then, the Blank-firing pistol was defective! I returned it to ESP per 7 day WRITTEN Return Policy. ESP DID NOT HONOR THEIR OWN RETURN POLICY! ESP returned the defective device to me w/o any explanation! AVOID ESP=Bad Actors! |

| Comments: Bore conditon is not as stated, bore is poor condition. Could not even see through the bore. Scope mount loose and flops around on receiver. Have tried to contact seller by phone and emails since last Monday 11-09-09 for return but still no reply.Beware of this seller as no contact. Dispute filed. |

| Comments: With their 7 day no shoot rule, you don't know what you bought until AFTER you fire it. Stock was BUTCHERED to fit magazine, and it STILL jams. Needs EXTENSIVE work. Would cost me $75 in fees and shipping to return for refund, that's how they get ya. Misrepresented item. Never again, BUYER BEWARE!! |

This buyer seems to be one of those people you can never make happy. If you take the time to look they leave negative rebuttals for Positve Feedback they have received. |

This buyer did not want to accept our offer to return this item for a full refund. We did try to work with this buyer, but his after auction requests were un-reasonable. |

This buyer does not know how to manage their Spam/Junk Mail filter as we did respond to his e-mails and called him directly with status. This shipment sat at the buyer's FFL for over a week before he contacted them for status. |
