| Rebuttal: Here are the facts. He wins the auction in September. He pays for auction in December. He lives in Holland. I've sent not one set but two sets of grips to his shipping address that he claims he hasn't received after offering a refund he refused. What else could he possibly ask for? |

| Rebuttal: Bidder bid on item for a friend who paid for the auction and received the item. This created confusion as the bidder was not the actual buyer or recipient of the auction item. All e-mails received were promptly answered. |
