| Comments: 5 emails before reply. Said he was "new to this", "saw nothing on AA that he was a winning bidder", and "As you suggested we will end this by mutual agreement". Told him I said no such thing and to send payment. No reply, NO PAYMENT. |

| Rebuttal: I tried to explain to this person that my computer was on the blink and for days I could not contact either buyers or sellers. He would not have my explinations, so I respectfully bowed out. |
