Comments: Rifle misrepresented. Was "remilled" CMP Drill Rifle. Stock also was cheap repro with "phony" inspector marks. It is possible seller did not recognize as such, but "Let Buyer Beware" dealing with him. Kept rifle for parts value in restoring legitimate 03s.

Rebuttal: "no misrepresentation here" text was honest and exact. many hi-quailty pics sent.no cmp envolment!gun came from an estate."no contact with me at all to return gun" i always allow inspection and return if not happy!obviously a inexperienced buyer trying to learn at my expenese.

Comments: Mr.Garand was upset because I returned item without an explanation.I notified him immediately after inspecting that I was passing . The reasons I returned it were the slide was pitted and mag bottom was a repro.He posted a negative feedback because of this.TOTALLY UNJUSTIFIED! WATCH OUT!

Rebuttal: well after receiving over 30 hi-quality and very close up pics, a pile of e-mails ! he returns the gun.if their was any pitting on this gun it must have been on his glasses or contacts. extension mag bottom was not repro but post war black type [remember to look at a picture or study a book!]
