| Rebuttal: This auction only closed 3 days earlier, we did drop the ball, out of town for a few days. Still have firearm and offered to complete transaction with this customer. |

| Rebuttal: Ramrod1 bought a PARTS GUN Auction #1025404, listed as parts gun in desc. and title both, no guarantees. We asked Ramrod for a copy or email he said he sent, never happened, he is lying. Asked him to call me toll free to discuss this one and he refused! |

| Comments: Unable to complete purchase. Tried to contact sellor numerous times-no luck. I initially thought the problem was my old e-mail address, but sellor didn't respond to any messages that included updated information. Wanted to complete transaction but was never able to contact sellor. |

| Rebuttal: We contacted high bidder day after auction with total, address and toll free number. Buyer never responded to our email, we are still holding gun and wish to complete transaction. |
