| Comments: patent, is an attorney and cannot read the instructions as per form of payment and residency restrictions. The auction he participated in said no Ca. sales and in his correspondence the return address said Ca. and the Personal Money Order, Not POSTAL MONEY ORDER was drawn on a Ca. bank. |

| Rebuttal: Typically people do not care whether a bank or postal M.O. is used. The items were to be sent to my Oregon residence which will be my full time residence Jan. 30. If you are going to make up your own laws as you go, you should inform people more carefully and not waste my time. |
