| Comments: E-mail undelivered blamed on AA not updating address. Not shipped for 8 days - said returned for smeared address. 14 days from auction close and stock didn't fit. He offered to take back if undamaged but by his directions, damaged both action and stock. Bad product and excuses for poor service. |

| Rebuttal: I offered to take stock back as long as it was UNmodified. "This stock is made to be tight. If you hook the rear of the trigger group under the reinforcing pin and and pull down on the barrel. If you want I will gladly give you a refund. As long as you don't modify it." |
