| Comments: The material condition of the rifle was not accurately represented by garandfan by his 1. not providing answers to specific material questions, and 2. by his providing incorrect answers to specific questions. The rifle would not have been bid on by the buyer had he had accurate answers to his pre-bidding questions. He essentially used the standard 3 day return inspection period as way to avoid accurately describing the material condition of the rifle prior to bidding.
