| Rebuttal: Federal law requires handguns go Fed Ex or UPS unless it's dealer to dealer. I even offered to pay the difference in shipping so I don't see why he would knowingly violate shipping laws. Check the feedback. I am not the only one this happened to. Know your laws! |
