| Rebuttal: Gun was as listed & has a serial #. A lot of the markings & numbers had been polished and plated over. Buyer admitted to me that they should have asked questions before bidding. Wouldn't take the gun, & made a lot of excuses. Instead of admitting they shouldn't have bid, & blame the seller. |

| Comments: Rifle was pretty much as discribed, but did not mention missing firing pin - will cost about $20 to replace. Scope eyepiece was cross threaded and I had to use pliers to remove it. Rust on scope was about as described and I was able to clean it up reasonably well. |

| Rebuttal: Feedback is left when buyer leaves feedback. If I leave feedback first, then I can't get a commission refund if an item is returned. When the buyer leaves his feedback I know the deal is done. Then I leave feedback. Has nothing to do with manners, this is business. |

| Rebuttal: Here is a prime example of ignorance. The make and model of the gun is listed in the ad. It isn't aftermarket, but he doesn't know it isn't military. It isn't represented as military. It is advertised as what it is and he wants to blame me for his lack of knowledge. |

| Rebuttal: Overnight shipping to a C&R holder. Can't help that, UPS sets the rates. Pictures were very plain showing the finish wear. No reason to be surprised or disappointed by it. All I can figure is he didn't pay much attention when bidding. |

The thought of ~ $40.00 total shipping caused me to decide to fix the problem on this end. She ejects just fine now and shoots sweet as well. |
