| Comments: Seller posted a picture of one item then sent another. (Bait and Switch). Sellers rules clearly state that any picture posted must be of the actual item being sold. Seller refunded most of my money when the item was returned, but I am still several dollars in the hole and without the item I bid on. |

Month later recived a personal check for the amount of the item. The certified check cost me $1.99 plus postage for something he didn't have as I was told by this aeller. |

| Rebuttal: AA relisted an item that had sold long ago. Realized it after received the payment. Tried to find a replacement item unsuccessfully. Sent e-mail about the situation & included $5 extra in his refund for expenses. He obviously can't ad as he received more money back than he sent. |

| Rebuttal: Couldn't answer his 1 e-mail because I was away from the shop 1 day. This is one of those people you are likely to have trouble with regardless of what you do. His feedback shows this. And AA didn't have a problem with me. He was insulting to the auction site and myself in his communications. |

| Rebuttal: Auction plainly states certified funds only. He sends personal check & claims he doesn't mind the wait. Check received on the 1st, item will be shipped on the 13th. There is always a 10 day wait on a check. Don't tell me time isn't a problem then complain later. |

| Rebuttal: USPS confirms package delivery. This was a small box and small ticket item. Once delivered to the buyers box & that delivery is confirmed, USPS loses interest very fast. There is nothing I can do on my end as the shipper has confirmed delivery. |

| Rebuttal: I'm always available by e-mail but am out a lot. The action he ordered was exactly as described in the ad. It worked fine for me, it just didn't suit him. I did pick up his return as soon as I was notified it was at the post office. This is just another hand wringer who is never satisfied. |

| Comments: Bad communication, delays in shipping, when it was shipped it was sent to the wrong address. Now my FFL has to wait until monday to pick up the gun from the post office. I now have to pay him back for gas. I sent my money and FFL form 11-23. So you can't post negative feedback on me. Caveat emptor. |

| Rebuttal: Gun was shipped to the mailing address on the FFL. I guess this FFL doesn't ever pick up his mail. The shipping delay was from not having a readable copy of an FFL to work from. Took a week to get another copy to me. |

| Rebuttal: Was abused rusty gun. Bore was ok but not perfect. What I can't figure out is why, if it was so bad, he just didn't return the gun. Of course he waited over a month after the purchase, and let me post positive feedback on him, before he left me negative feedback. I think that shows what he is. |

| Rebuttal: Have had trouble with things being double listed when using the quick relist. I only do it once and some things end up on there up to 3 times. This was one I didn't catch. If I was underhanded, I would have taken his money. I guess he diesn't aprreciate honesty. |

| Rebuttal: He lives in Alaska, and doesn't understand that it cost more to ship there than anywhere else. He bought several boxes of ammo. If he would have looked at the postage on the box, he would have seen that was within a couple of dollars of what he was charged. The box also has to be paid for. |
