| Rebuttal: I am sorry for the miss under standing. I was at MD Anderson for my Cancer treatment and had someone watching my account. I will check in to the issue as soon as I can. This is no excuse just an explanation. |

| Comments: He mailed a payment the day after the auction closed, 5 days later I had received it and delivered the gun to my FFL. Spoke to him on the phone and told him this. My FFL did not get it out for a few days. All said and done he HAS the gun 16 days after auction close. And he gave me negative? |
