| Comments: One of those that leave you not knowing what to do. Very good metal and blueing with redone wood and a number of scratches and rubs and gouges. Poor photography (deliberate?) That would be OK but the gun was described as immaculate! I will keep it because it is a 39A and they are hard to find. |

| Rebuttal: We offered to pay to have the gun returned since the client was unhappy. Client declined the offer. Obviously if we try hard enough, we can find all sorts of faults. |
