| Comments: Non-paying bidder. Even after a full 30 days has NEVER once written to confirm or explain his non-action. In a subsequent phone call, (Auction Arms provided nbr.), buyer, "Bobby", said he would send the payment. Never heard another word. A real detriment to the fine folks using Auction Arms. |

| Rebuttal: i honestly forgot. i had some very serious personal problems with a family member which i will not get into but you would have forgotten to. when he called i admitted to my wrong and wxplained it. i offered to pay for any problems or cost and he said he relisted it and i beleive sold bb |
