| Comments: Received in good order however gun is not new and no box was included in the shipment. Ad clearly states in the box and was expecting new gun in original box. Gun was previously shot and had 3 dings on the stock. Slow shipping also. |

| Rebuttal: Sorry about that. The gun was new and box should have been included. I will check the storage area nd see if we can locate it. Shipping has been problematic due to the holiday rush and harsh weather conditions |
