| Comments: gun was avertized as being well taken care of, only when it came it had deep rust spots on the barrel, muzzle, rings and mounts. when contacted seller stated that she was not familer with firearms and only apoigized that I was unhappy with my purchuse. |

| Rebuttal: Gun was advertised as showing wear. Owner of the gun stated he took good care of his firearms & I suppose care given is subjective. Any rust on firearm was minimal. He purchased it for much less than worth. When contacted about it,I apologized but he never stated he wanted a refund. Which I offer. |
