| Rebuttal: I never demanded refund. He alleges the mag shipped 12/09. I still don't have it. At first inquiry hegot angry,said I was conning him and issued full credit(I would have preferred reshipment). He gave me double credit by mistake. I returned him the difference. If mag shows up I will submit payment |
